Day 1
Arrival in Kampala
Airport pick-up, transfer and trip briefing.
Days 2–3
Jinja & the Nile
Source of the Nile, rafting or other adventures, and a relaxed night by the river.
Days 4–5
Mount Elgon & Sipi Falls
Drive to Mbale; hike the Sipi Falls cascades, coffee tours and cave visits.
Days 6–7
Murchison Falls
Rhinos at Ziwa, game drives on the northern bank and the falls boat cruise.
Days 8–9
Kibale & Fort Portal
Chimpanzee tracking, Bigodi Wetland walk and crater lake scenery.
Days 10–11
Queen Elizabeth
Kasenyi game drives, the Kazinga Channel cruise and optional Ishasha tree-climbing lions.
Days 12–13
Bwindi & Lake Bunyonyi
Gorilla trekking in Bwindi, then rest and canoeing at Lake Bunyonyi.
Day 14
Return
Drive back to Kampala or Entebbe for your flight.
