Day 1
Ziwa rhinos & Murchison Falls
Depart early from Kampala or Entebbe, stopping at Ziwa for guided rhino tracking before continuing toward Murchison Falls and your lodge.
Day 2
Murchison game drive & Nile cruise
Enjoy a morning game drive and an afternoon boat cruise along the Victoria Nile toward Murchison Falls. Look for wildlife without expecting guaranteed sightings.
Day 3
Murchison Falls to Kibale
Travel south toward Kibale National Park on a dedicated transfer day. Settle into your lodge and relax.
Day 4
Chimpanzees & Bigodi Wetland
Join the guides for chimpanzee trekking, subject to a confirmed permit. Spend the afternoon at Bigodi for a guided wetland visit, or at leisure if that is your agreed preference.
Day 5
Kibale to Queen Elizabeth
Travel to Queen Elizabeth National Park, with an afternoon game drive if arrival timing allows, then settle into your lodge.
Day 6
Queen Elizabeth & Kazinga Channel
Take an early game drive followed by an afternoon boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, observing wildlife and birdlife from the water.
Day 7
Queen Elizabeth to Bwindi
Travel toward Bwindi through the scenic landscapes of southwestern Uganda. Stay at a lodge chosen for your assigned trekking sector.
Day 8
Gorilla trekking in Bwindi
Attend the briefing and join park rangers to track a habituated gorilla family, subject to permit availability. Return to your lodge and rest after the trek.
Day 9
Bwindi to Lake Mburo
Travel toward Lake Mburo National Park. An afternoon or evening game drive depends on arrival time and your quotation, with opportunities to look for zebras, impalas, buffalo and other wildlife.
Day 10
Lake Mburo, Equator & return
Enjoy a morning wildlife activity if included in your quotation, then travel back to Kampala or Entebbe. Stop at Kayabwe on the Equator for photographs if the agreed return timing permits.
